FEL Group proved to be the right choice as contractor, and took up the challenge of completing the works (45 rooms across 6 floors and 3 roof levels) to a high standard in just 7 weeks, and when required, went the extra mile. It must be noted that during the tender stage, 2 of the prospective bidders (bigger companies than FEL Group) declined to tender due to the challenging programme.
Working close with our partners, we can cover a complete turnkey solution for all types of installation, from the cooling installation and controls, through to building construction (Walls floors and ceilings) including electrical power/lighting, BMS, life safety and security systems. These services are offered in new build and refurbishment projects.
FEL Group (following a tele/con between Michelle Wainwright and me) completed a full building, room to room inspection for missing tiles, builder’s snags and covered smoke detectors. The tele/con occurred at 14:00hrs and at 15:00hrs an FEL Group builder (Jim) arrived at site and carried out the fitting and replacement of tiles, even in areas FEL Group had clearly not worked in. This was an exceptional response given the short notice on a Friday afternoon, many thanks to Michelle Wainwright, FEL Group, and Lodestone (FEL Group’s builder contractor). Both Keith and Jim went the extra mile and displayed once again the willingness to assist and get the job done, an attitude that is becoming synonymous with FEL Group and their sub-contractors
