We are providing valuable resource by releasing Air Conditioning engineers to switch roles from installing standard air conditioning pipework to help with the national shortage of medical gas engineers.
This much needed mechanical resource was deployed within 48 hours and has worked continuously 24/7 round the clock for over 7 days now. Learning new skills on the way has allowed our engineers to quickly adapt to much-needed roles in order to provide support.
The systems are being managed by Roses Medical Ltd to ensure all installation and quality standards are maintained and our teams will be onsite until the systems are operational. Overall site has been effectively managed by BAM Construction
FEL group are operating a 'business as usual' approach to maintain our service levels and continue to support critical infrastructure. Wherever possible, we have relocated our office staff to home working with full remote access to our company systems. In order to continue to assist both existing and new customers, the video conferencing facility ZOOM is being utilised and has been a very useful and successful tool. We are sure this new way of working will be something that will continue long after Covid-19 has come and gone.
