With our knowledge of critical power, cooling solutions, infrastructure and power monitoring and our technical understanding of building standards for the data centre industry, we are best placed to deliver on refurbishment or new build projects, providing true turnkey options; on walls, floors, ceilings, sub-structure and super-structure. We use our expertise to provide the correct solutions with the optimum return on investment in mind at all times.
We have over 20 years of operation, gained a healthy respect from our peers, customers and suppliers of delivering engineering services to a broad spectrum of industries, institutions and authorities, including environmental engineering, offsite manufacture, rail, IT and facilities services.
Our focus is led by the drive to keep costs down and quality up, which are key requirements to our customers and why they engage with us early in the project concept allowing our design and technical employees to use innovative techniques that normal procurement routes exclude. We understand that IT infrastructure is critical to every business, especially when it is your business and therefore design and build systems, that have dual redundancies, as well as investing heavily in temporary and mobile equipment.
Finally, we believe that to continue to grow the relationship with our customers, it should always be with integrity, being part of their team, and at the heart of their business.
This year, FEL Group attended the DCD (DataCenterDynamics) award programme that celebrated our industry’s best data centre solutions, projects and most talented people.
Our staff who attended was Ged, John, Michelle, Darren, Jonathan, Phil, Mark, Kathy, Mick, Huw, Jonathon and Charlotte.
We are proud to say that the overall event went exceptionally well, leaving us introduced to companies across the globe. Not only did we engage with other companies, we were a lead sponsor, attended 1-2-1 meetings, attended round table discussions, involved in speed networking and presented in front of over 80 people. We also held an exhibition stand over the two days which was constantly busy and full of potential clients.
Our presentation shared real lessons learned when using modular solutions to increase the capacity of existing data centres. This was evolved around the experience of a certain specialist modular case study, including what obstacles FEL Group faced and what actions were taken place to overcome these.
We would like to thank everyone who attend our presentation and who came and engaged with us at our stand. We loo forward to following up on our potential opportunities with new customers and suppliers.
