We do not sell or trade your personal information with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We may occasionally share your details with suppliers and contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with you. Where data is shared with a supplier, protection is in place to ensure that your information is processed safely, and the supplier complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations).

Where is data stored?

As a company, we hold ISO 27001 certification, so all data is stored in the European Economic Union (EEA). All data which is stored is compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) and DPA 2018 (Data Protection Act 2018).

How do we keep data secure?

FEL Group follows best practice to ensure that data is secure and is in the right hands at all times. We operate various physical, technological, process and system level controls to keep data safe. FEL Group achieved Cyber Essentials PLUS on 13th February 2017. Cyber Essentials along with Cyber Essentials PLUS is a government recommended certification which aims to help organisations implement necessary levels of protection against cyber-attack, demonstrating to their customers they take cyber security seriously.

FEL Group achieved ISO 27001 certification on the 31st March 2017, as a company we maintain an information security management system which is monitored by NQA.

How will the information be used?

The information you provide is used to assess whether we can enter into a contract with you, carry out our contractual obligations to you and provide you with our products and services.

How long will the data be stored?

We store contact us requests for 6 months.

Project proposal information and contact details are retained for 24 months or the length of any contract, whichever is greatest.

Personal application information is retained for a maximum of 6 months unless instructed otherwise.

What are your rights?
